Technical Communication

Research, content curation, and effective communication are skills I excel in. Here you will find examples of my work from The University of Arkansas' Professional and Technical Writing Master's program as well as my professional experiences. These examples show my expertise and flexibility as a technical writer, and the numerous types of effective communication strategies I am capable of.

I received my master's degree in professional and technical writing (PTW) in 2018. The MA program provided me with a comprehensive education in technical writing, research, editing, usability, and document design. The program focuses on nonfiction writing, the theories behind persuasive rhetoric, and effective technical communication. I gained hands-on technical writing experience during my time in the PTW program and with GDIT. I also had the chance express my passion for education. Please use links below to view examples.
